As life goes by, I find that it's too short to be stuck with a tasteless cake from the grocery store. Instead, I'll bake a tasty treat to enjoy and share with family and friends. When you've had a piece of my cake, you'll remember it and ask for it again!
This is a bon voyage cake made for a co-worker who was going on an Alaskan cruise. It is a two layer (12" & 8") square carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, fondant letters, and gumpaste trees. The white bear is non-edible.
