Bon Voyage Cake
This is a bon voyage cake made for a co-worker who was going on an Alaskan cruise. It is a two layer (12" & 8") square carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, fondant letters, and gumpaste trees. The white bear is non-edible.

House Warming Cake
This cake was made as a house warming gift. It is an 8" heart, two layer white chocolate velvet cake, filled with strawberry buttercream, iced with vanilla buttercream. It is decorated with cornelli lace.

Zebra cake - purple stripes with pink dots
This is a white chocolate velvet cake, 9" round, covered in vanilla buttercream, and purple zebra stripes made with Sugar Sheets! by Wilton. The birthday girl requested that the cake itself was purple inside (sorry no picture of that available).
Memorial Day Cupcakes
White almond sour cream cake filled with bavarian cream, topped with vanilla buttercream. Red, white and blue buttercream swirled with a 1M swirl.
Basket weave rainbow cake
This four layer rainbow cake was iced with buttercream, topped with drop swirl flowers, and decorated wtih a basket weave design.
Chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream
This cake was created as a congratulation cake for successful completion of a class for a client. Chocolate almond sour cream cake filled with bavarian cream and iced with rich chocolate buttercream, topped with roses. Drop flowers line the bottom border with vines and leaves around the outside.
Retirement Party Cupcake Bouquet
Created for my aunt who retired last month, this colorful cupcake bouquet is bursting with vanilla cupcakes, filled with bavarian cream, topped with a swirl of vanilla and chocolate buttercream.
6 Layer Rainbow Cake
Okay, so I must post these pictures, which are of one of the very first cakes I decorated before I even received training. It is a six layer rainbow cake. I decorated it for a bible study that was held just after Easter.
